ChillCare Apparels Private Limited was founded by Mr. Mehul Shanghvi, a pioneer in India's fabric import industry. Milestones
ChillCare launched with 20 machines in the heart of Mumbai, building on two decades of experience in fabric import.
Faced with a pandemic-driven shutdown, ChillCare pivoted quickly and produced over 5 million PPE kits in six months, supplying hospitals and supporting government efforts.
Second factory came online, taking output past 200,000 garments monthly across knitted, woven, and stitchless categories, across 60,000 sq ft.
Two state-of-the-art factories across 80,000 sq ft, producing over 2,50,000 garments monthly across knitted, woven, and seamless categories.
The stitchless plant
Stitchless garments are crafted without fabric laying, cutting, or sewing in the conventional sense — a second-skin fit and streamlined silhouette. The technology began in the knitwear market in the late 1990s, gained traction in Western countries, and is now a global phenomenon. Our dedicated plant runs laser cutting, seamless knitting, curing and heat-press bonding under one roof.
