Mehul Shanghvi

Managing Director

A key member of the leadership team at ChillCare Apparels, bringing extensive experience in garment manufacturing, business development and the apparel industry. With a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and customer requirements, he has played an important role in building and expanding the company’s capabilities. His focus continues to be on driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer relationships and developing ChillCare into a technology-led manufacturing partner.

Parth Shanghvi

Director

Represents the second generation of the Shanghvi family at ChillCare Apparels. He brings a modern, global perspective to the family business, with a focus on business growth, technology, branding and new market opportunities. He works closely across the organisation to strengthen ChillCare’s capabilities and drive its next phase of growth.

Chief Operating Officer

Joins ChillCare Apparels as Chief Operating Officer with over 35 years of experience across the apparel and textile industry. He is a graduate of IIM Bangalore. Over the course of his career he has worked with reputed organisations including West Coast Industries, Westside, Biba, OMA Living and Garden Vareli, among others. His industry experience and knowledge strengthen ChillCare as the company continues to grow and build its operations.

Prakash Thakur

Factory Manager, Unit 1

A senior member of ChillCare’s manufacturing team, with over 25 years of experience in the apparel industry. Beginning his career as a cutting master, he has grown through the ranks by developing deep expertise in garment production, cutting, quality and factory operations. Today, he plays a key role in overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring consistent production standards across the factory.

Meghna Karthykeyan

Head of Sales & Marketing

Heads Sales and Marketing at ChillCare Apparels, bringing over 30 years of experience in the apparel and fashion industry. Having worked with multiple leading brands and businesses throughout her career, she brings extensive expertise in sales, customer relationships, merchandising and market development. At ChillCare, she focuses on building strong customer partnerships and expanding the company’s presence across new markets and segments.

Dilip Mohite

Sales Manager

Represents ChillCare Apparels as Sales Manager, with almost 15 years of experience in manufacturing sales. Over this time he has built a strong understanding of how buyers plan, source and approve, and of what it takes to keep a programme running smoothly from enquiry to delivery. He is a first point of contact for new and existing customers, working closely with the merchandising, development and production teams so that requirements, timelines and expectations stay aligned at every stage.

Sandeep Vijay Tiwari

Head of Merchandising

Heads Merchandising at ChillCare Apparels with over 15 years of experience in the apparel industry across merchandising, production planning, sourcing and vendor management. He has managed orders end to end, from development and fabric sourcing through production planning, time-and-action tracking and quality coordination to shipment, working with multiple vendors across a wide range of menswear categories including shirts, polos, T-shirts, jackets and bottoms. At ChillCare he leads the merchandising team, with a focus on on-time delivery, clear communication with buyers and disciplined planning across both units.

Yogesh Dev

Senior Merchandiser

A Senior Merchandiser at ChillCare Apparels with over 20 years of experience in garment merchandising across export and domestic markets. He manages orders from development sheet to shipment handover, covering costing, sourcing, fabric and sample approvals, bulk production follow-up and dispatch coordination. Having worked with international and Indian buyers throughout his career, he brings a strong understanding of fabric quality, construction and buyer requirements. At ChillCare he works closely with customers, vendors and the production team to keep every order on schedule and to the approved standard.

How we work

Four teams, one point of contact.

Sourcing

Fabric, trims and specialist yarns sourced through our three offices in China (Shaoxing, Shishi and Guangzhou) and tested against your targets.

Development

Pattern engineering for stitchless and seamless construction, prototypes and full size sets for approval.

Production

Two units and 500+ machines covering cutting, bonding, assembly and finishing, with in-line QC at each stage.

Quality & dispatch

AQL inspection, measurement audit and bond-integrity checks, then packing and export documentation handled in-house.
