Stitchless construction, explained.

One technology, three techniques working together — here is how a stitchless garment comes off our floor.

Knitted to shape

The fabric is knitted into the shape of the garment. No cutting of large fabric sheets into panels, no piece-by-piece assembly — the body of the garment arrives already whole.

  • Fewer cut panels, less fabric waste
  • Continuous stretch and recovery around the body
  • Zoned knit structures for support and breathability

Bonded joins

Joins that would have been sewn are bonded instead, reducing conventional stitching and seams significantly — the garment feels smoother and more comfortable against the skin.

  • No needle perforations along the join
  • Flat edges — no ridge under a layer
  • Clean lines on the finished garment

Laser cutting

Where panels, edges and openings are needed, we cut by laser rather than blade. The cut seals as it is made, so edges can be left raw without fraying — and the tolerance is tight enough that bonded joins meet exactly.

Bonded, stitchless seam

The join is bonded rather than sewn, so the two faces meet in a single plane. No thread, no perforation, no allowance standing up from the surface — the garment reads as one continuous piece.

Where it earns its place

Activewear
