From enquiry to shipment
Enquiry & feasibility
You send category, quantities and target dates. We confirm whether the construction suits seamless or stitchless build, and flag anything that needs a change.
Fabric development
Fabric options sourced and tested for hand-feel, shrinkage and colour-fastness, with our China offices covering trims and specialist yarns.
Pattern & proto
Pattern engineered for the join method — knit-to-shape panels or bonded seam allowances — then a first prototype for fit comment.
Size set & approval
Full size set with graded measurements, wash tests and bond-strength checks before we release to bulk.
Bulk production
Cutting, knitting, bonding, assembly and finishing across two units with in-line QC at each stage.
Final inspection
AQL inspection, measurement audit and bond integrity check on the finished garment.
Packing & dispatch
Packed to your carton and labelling spec, with export documentation handled in-house.
Two units, 600+ machines, one standard
Cutting, knitting, bonding, assembly, finishing and packing sit under our own roof across two units, supported by three sourcing offices in China for fabric, trims and machinery. State-of-the-art equipment, a trained workforce, and in-line quality checks at every stage keep output predictable at volume.
